Major takes away on Coronavirus vaccine from Microsoft co-founder Bill Gate

Development of Corona vaccine will be fastest-ever. As against usual vaccine development time of ~5 years it may take about 9 months!
Globally about 115 vaccines are under development, of these 6 are by Indian companies.
Funding is absolutely no issue. Abundant funding makes task easy for scientists for the vaccine development.
There might be RNA and DNA vaccines: Rather than injecting a pathogen’s antigen into your body, you give the body the RNA genetic code needed to produce that antigen itself. DNA vaccines are similar, just with a different type of genetic material and methods of administration. Although It might not be perfect vaccine initially, but will still be acceptable.
In order to stop the pandemic, we need to make the vaccine available to almost every person on the planet, about 7 billion people.
Once the vaccine comes, major biggest challenges will be a) manufacturing and distribution, b) target population (who shall get first), c) number of dises vaccine required, d) efficacy in immunocompromised group.
